Emotes

Emotes are drawn and colored in Clip Studio Paint.
Coloring is more simple than normal chibi commissions, and details may be simplified/reduced.
They are not usually cut for animation, but can be by request.
Animated Emotes are frame-by-frame animated, NOT L2D rigged.Bases I do not own the rights to will not be used, and requests to do so will not be entertained.
Inspiration can be drawn from existing compositions.Alerts can be prepared as emotes as well, and are subject to the file requirements of the platform they are to be used on. They must also be attributed to me as the artist.
7TV usage incurs a small fee so I may upload it to keep the artist attribution. This is required for long animations that won't fit on Twitch, 0 width, or wide emotes.

Static - $45+

Static Emotes are made on a 1000x1000 canvas.
Simple emotes (small detail or YCH) start at $45.
Complex/full body emotes start at $60.Cut for L2D animation is +20% if given advance notice
Cut for L2D animation is +100% if given late notice

Animated - $150+

Animated Emotes are made on a 1000x1000 canvas, but may be delivered at a smaller resolution to reduce file size if requested.
Simple animations (i.e. 3 frames, small detail/movement) start at $150.
Normal animations (i.e. 3-7 frames, moderate detail/movement) start at $300. See the Animation page for details.
Complex animations (i.e. 7+ frames, fluid movement, lots of detail) start at $1000. See the Animation page for details.

Chibis

Chibis are drawn and colored in Clip Studio Paint.

Hourly rate is $30/hr, but this pricing can be ambiguous depending on the nature of your video.Below is the itemized cost of the above video to differentiate from its market value.
The project was given a specific budget and deadline, and so was completed to those specifications and limitations.

Below is the market price for a video of the same, but to a higher level of completion/fidelity to the original, e.g. if you contact saying "I want my VTuber in the Po Pi Po video up to :34 seconds".

By that estimate, assume a full video may cost upward of $6,000.

If you need help designing your character, I also provide character design consultation.Full character consultation starts at $800.
Full character consultation involves extensive discussion of your vision, developing a moodboard alongside you, sketching examples, and color palette development.
My goal is to make a design that you will truly love and enjoy, and reflects your vision perfectly. If there are any design changes you require, no matter how minor, please be sure to communicate them before we move to the reference sheet stage.
After confirming everything about the design suits your vision, I will move on to the reference sheet stage, at which point no further revisions will be accepted.Minimal consultation starts at $300.
If the character information you've provided is exhaustive/informative enough to reduce the amount of work involved in developing your design, I may discount your design consultation at my discretion.
If you want to qualify for the minimal consultation discount (~60% discount), please provide as much information about your design as you can, including any art or pictures or lore. You may use pictures of art or real people as long as they are all sourced properly, and you own the rights to any core design elements (e.g. adoptables, VTuber designs, OCs).
Submitting AI references will have your commission rejected and you will be blacklisted from further commissions.

PngTuber

Pictured is a WIP PNGTuber concept (with controller toggle). Sorry lol.

PNGTubers are prepared as though they will be used with Veadotube, a software that automatically has your PNGTuber blink at randomized intervals, and detects microphone input for speech.
A base PNGTuber will be delivered in four forms:
1) Eyes Open, Mouth Open
2) Eyes Closed, Mouth Closed
3) Eyes Open, Mouth Closed
4) Eyes Closed, Mouth Open
Uploaded properly to Veadotube as 'states', these PNGs will alternate in a way that allows your PNGTuber to appear more animated.All PNGTubers will be prepared in a way that allows me to keep the 'base' (a SFW "nude" version) and add more clothing/hair to them as needed/desired so you may come back for additional outfits/hairstyles/changes as needed.
When additional outfits/hairstyles are added,
you will receive those outfits/hairstyles as additional sets of 4 PNGs (EO/MO, EC/MC, EO/MC, EC/MO).
These can be uploaded as a separate PNG on Veadotube so you can switch freely between different PNGTubers.

Fees

All commission base prices provided may be increased based on complexity of the commission, excessive revisions, or late-stage revisions.Late-stage revisions include expanding the scope of the commission (e.g. adding objects to a commission, having it re-layered for cutting for L2D animation), or changing details of the commission.All base prices include industry standard commercial rights fees, such as visual branding rights, digital use, or use for merchandise. There is no surcharge for commercial use, and there is no discount for personal use. Depending on the nature of the commission, you may give me the rights to use your commission as I see fit, e.g. as merchandise, but this will not incur a discount on that commission.The following services may be offered for your commission for a % surcharge at the beginning of your commission.

Nda Fee

NDA, or "Non Disclosure Agreement" is an agreement by which I agree not to share the details of the commission to your specifications.
There are different terms you can request to include in the NDA, which change the nature and cost of the NDA.All NDA requests will not be worked on on-stream to prevent leaking information about the commission.If the NDA interferes with my streaming schedule, for example for a short deadline, additional charges will be incurred to account for time that would have otherwise been spent streaming.
Each canceled stream to focus on your commission is $100. A week's worth of canceled streams is, therefore, $600.
Each subsequent week of cancellations increases the rate (e.g. a second week of streams canceled would be $1200, making both weeks $1800 altogether; a third week would be $1800).
To avoid this fee, please commission with ample notice. Streams canceled due to my health or my delays will not be charged to you.You may also request social media blackout on the work to different increments.
At this time, there is no social media blackout fee.

Rush & Endurance Fees

Your rush fee will be determined based off of how it impacts my stream schedule.
For especially large projects, especially ones with short deadlines, there will be an additional endurance fee to compensate for burn-out.
The rates are non-negotiable, and some projects may be too large for rush or endurance fees.

Please note that the example commission is for illustrative purposes only.For any displacement of 50%+ that lasts a week or more, there is an additional endurance fee that becomes higher based on level of displacement and duration of the project.Rush and displacement fees only apply to projects with deadlines.

Terms of Service

FOREWORD.
These Terms of Service are in place to protect your rights as a client/commissioner and my labor as an artist. If at any point you feel that the policies outlined herein are unfair to yourself as a client, myself as an artist, or to the market/industry, please communicate those concerns to me directly.At my discretion, I may release you from your obligations as a client, design custom payment plans to accommodate your needs, grant you additional revision opportunities without charge, provide additional formats and/or versions for a given commission, or refund you a larger % than outlined below. You are not entitled to demand this courtesy simply because it is something I am willing to do for clients in good standing with extenuating circumstances, regardless of if I have shown you this courtesy in the past.It is not my intention at any point to be exploitative, and I expect to be treated with the same consideration.

GENERAL.
By requesting a commission from me, it is assumed you agree to the following Terms of Service in their entirety, and that you agree to all changes or modifications in the future, as long as those changes are reasonable, have precedent, and/or are communicated to you.


CLIENT OBLIGATIONS.
You must specify the content of the commission and intended use to the best of your ability and provide all relevant information (e.g. reference images, descriptions, prints or sticker merchandise) before we make an agreement on a commission. At the time of invoice, the service is considered locked in, and requesting further alteration to the deliverables will be subject to fees, or must be done via separate invoice.If you fail to provide sufficient information for the content of the commission (e.g. reference images, descriptions), I may be unable to complete the commission to your satisfaction, for which you will be held responsible. Dissatisfaction with a commission that is completed accurately to your request/references is not justifiable cause for a refund. Forgetting to include a key detail is not justifiable cause for a refund.If you do not have clear reference material for your character and would like to work closely with me to develop suitable reference material for your commission, you must request it in advance and be prepared to pay my market price for developing reference material (see Reference & Design).


REVISIONS.
For Skeb-style commissions, anything nonessential to the character and their body will be considered a request and NOT binding (e.g. specific clothes unless culturally significant (please say as much), poses, etc.)Human qualities, such as skin color, build/body type, and physical disability, can be revised until accurate without fee.For all commissions except sketches, you are allowed one major revision at the sketch phase, and three minor revisions at any point during the commission.Additional revisions will incur fees proportional to the amount of work I need to re-do. Whether a requested revision is major or minor is up to my discretion (usually based on the amount of work that must be re-done).Fees will not be incurred in the event of my negligence (e.g. not adhering to the provided reference materials).Misinterpretations due to your miscommunication or lack of clarity do not qualify as negligence, ignoring your provided references do qualify as negligence.

CONTENT.
Commissions are all digital goods, unless otherwise agreed.
Complete work is delivered electronically online as .PNGs, and does not include native files (.psd, .clip) unless otherwise agreed upon.

DEADLINES.
I will provide an estimate for how long the commission is expected to take given my workload/availability at time of quote.During each progress report, I will inform you of any progress, set-backs, changes to completion times, and next steps in my work. I am not obligated to provide reasons for extensions or delays, and any explanation given will be a courtesy.At each progress report, you should request any revisions you require.If a commission is time-sensitive, there will be a rush fee to be defined before work on the commission is started. It will be proportional to the amount of work required, how much time I have to complete it compared to how long I typically give myself to complete it, and how much it will displace my other projects.If a delay/extension disrupts a schedule that cannot wait, you can either pay a reduced rush fee for me to prioritize meeting our previous deadline, or I can refund you a % of the commission price and give you the work that I have completed. In the event of a disruptive delay before any work has started, I will refund you entirely and cancel the commission.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION.
Payment is expected in full before I start any work unless otherwise agreed to. If we have made other arrangements, it will be included in writing in your invoice.All payments should be considered non-refundable at the time of payment. Only request a service if you feel you are financially secure enough to pay for it.You are free to cancel the commission or not proceed with it up until time of payment. After the point of payment, you may not seek a refund for any reason.I reserve the right to stop work on a commission or cancel a commission for any reason, such as:
- client falling into "bad standing" due to objectionable behaviors. Objectionable behaviors that constitute theft will result in an immediate break of service with no additional work served to them, with no refund.
- client falling into "bad standing" due to lack of communication or poor communication, such as excessive revisions or lack of contact during opportunities for revisions. Their rights to revisions will be suspended, and the commission will be completed regardless. This may happen after ghosting/a delay of more than 2 weeks. If no work has begun but payment has been received, I will complete it as a Skeb-style commission.
- I experience an emergency, accident, or illness that prevents me from completing your commission as promised or within a timely manner. I will not indefinitely postpone delivering a commission due to emergency, accident, or illness, and I will not attempt to keep your money for those reasons.

USE.
All of my commissions have commercial rights baked into their prices, regardless of your intention for the art. You will have the rights to sell my artwork in any merchandise form, to use it in streaming, to sell the rights to using the artwork, etc. I only ask that you keep me apprised of your plans and exchanging any rights so that I will know if those rights have been transferred.I retain the right to refuse service to anyone who performs actions or attempts to use art in ways that I find objectionable.
The following actions will result in being added to my refuse-service list, which I will publicly disclose at my discretion:
- Charge backs, insisting on refunds that do not abide my outlined terms, or in any way attempting to steal labor, money, or intellectual property through commissioning me.
- Use artwork in any AI or machine learning.
- Claiming authorship of the piece, tracing, or editing.
- History of charging back or undermining artists; engaging with blockchain, AI, NFTs, tracing, claiming false authorship over a work you did not create; or otherwise committing art theft.
- Refusing to credit artists.
- Engaging positively with forms of media or political subjects that I find personally objectionable.By commissioning me, you agree that I am permitted to share the commissioned work on any SNS without prior notification, including works-in-progress, and claim it as art I have created. You also agree to credit me on any site where you use the commissioned work.

PAYMENTS.
Services above $1000 (or your currency's equivalent) can be serviced on VGen only with a 10% fee. This percentage is based on the final price provided, including rush/endurance fees.
All other services must be paid through PayPal invoice.
